A wintery cocktail based on orange and herbs that you can make yourself in an instant. One jar makes four excellent cocktails. So, maybe prepare two pots anyway?

• Star anise

• Coriander seeds

• Mace

• Cardamom

• Clove

ADD YOURSELF

• Juice from one orange

• gin or young gin

• 2 days or less
