The jewellery is designed and responsibly handmade in Amsterdam, in a local atelier where each piece is slowly made one at a time. Love, Nena believes that jewellery is an expression of your uniqueness and should be used as a way of standing out for who you really are. Love, Nena uses as base sterling silver coming from responsible certified suppliers. When possible also uses refined recycled silver. Every piece of jewellery is made by order, which means there is no overstock or waste in the making.
THE MAKER.
Love, Nena is a jewellery brand created by Vera Magagnini. Originally from Argentina and now based in Amsterdam, Vera worked for many years as a fashion designer. Her handmade jewellery family heritage goes all the way back to her grandfather, making Vera very proud of her heritage and family bonds. She finds her inspiration in nature, beauty in the simple and imperfect abundance that surrounds us and meaning in her desire to inspire and empower women to embrace their natural beauty and celebrate their uniqueness.

The name Love, Nena is inspired by all the letters that Vera used to send to her mother while she was living abroad. Love, Nena is how Vera used to sign those letters. Nena means “little girl” in Spanish.
